How do I place an order?
Add your skincare products to the cart, check out, then enter your name, address and phone number. You receive a confirmation and we prepare your parcel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made on delivery, in cash, when you receive your order. No bank card is needed.
How do I get the 10% discount?
Create your account: the 10% discount then applies automatically to all your orders, with no code to enter.
Delivery
Do you deliver everywhere in Morocco?
Yes, we deliver throughout the Kingdom.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is delivered to the address given, within a maximum of 30 days from confirmation.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs 20 DH in Casablanca and 30 DH in the rest of Morocco. It is free for orders from 500 DH. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, 100% original and formulated in the laboratory, with high-performance dosed actives.
Are they tested on animals?
No. All our skincare products are vegan and not tested on animals (cruelty-free).
How do I choose my routine?
Take our Skin diagnosis: a few questions are enough to receive the routine suited to your needs.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 working days of receipt. Opened, tested or altered products are not taken back for hygiene reasons. Details in our returns and refunds policy.
